Custom Garments (THEA Collection)

Due to the custom & hand-made manufacturing process, variations in color, sizing, and print placement may occur.

Because fabrics and details are custom sourced for your custom order, there are a couple things chapters should be aware of.

  1. Custom Made Orders are subject to imperfections such as materials being a slightly different shade, differences in pattern, and variation from garment to garment.
  2. Fabrics, trims, and details are custom sourced, so exact shades, fabric makeup, or patterns may differ.
  3. Final garments may look different from digital mockups due to screen differences and the handmade process

  4. "All-over" designs and patterns can only be made with a process called sublimation. Sublimated garments require a polyester blend.

We always aim for the highest quality, but custom production involves many variables, so small differences should be expected.

👉 To ensure the best outcome, we recommend placing custom orders well in advance to allow proper time for sourcing and production (5-8 weeks).

All Campus Tees products are made to order. All sales are final.

It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve all final artwork proofs prior to production. Any design changes, including spelling or layout adjustments, must be reported before production begins. Once artwork is approved, Campus Tees is not liable for claims related to design, color, or placement.

Please note that garment color, design placement, and sizing displayed in proofs are visual approximations. Actual colors and positioning may vary due to screen calibration, fabric texture, and production tolerances.

Color Accuracy Statement

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on mockups. However, as the actual colors you will see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Order Accuracy Statement

Due to our efforts to verify the correctness of each order during the check-out process, we cannot be held responsible for any misspellings, design errors, or any other errors with an order once approved by the customer.

Machine Defects

Orders are subject to a 3% machine defect allowance. Clients are encouraged to order extra garments to account for this standard manufacturing variance. Claims related solely to minor machine defects within this allowance will not be accepted.

At Campus Tees, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If a product arrives with an issue that falls outside the approved proof or defect allowance, we’ll gladly review and make arrangements to resolve the situation fairly.

Cancellations

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. All sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

What Happens if a Package is Lost or Delayed in Transit?

While we take every step to ensure your order is processed and shipped promptly, there are rare occasions when UPS may lose a package in transit. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, we rely on their services to safely deliver your order.

In the unfortunate event that a package is lost, we will work with UPS to investigate the
situation. Should your organization choose to do a rushed order (payment submitted after standard deadlines), we are not responsible for any shipping carrier delays due to the risk of priority shipping labels. Please understand that once we’ve done our job to produce custom apparel, and the package leaves our facility, certain circumstances are beyond our control.

Thank you for your understanding and patience in these rare situations.
