What are order status emails?

Order status emails keep you updated on your purchase from start to finish. These include notifications when:

  • Your order is paid/submitted to production
  • Your order is shipped (with UPS tracking details)
  • Your order is delivered


How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email from UPS with a tracking number and link to follow its journey. Click the “Track My Order” button in the email to view live updates.

What if I didn’t receive an email?

If you haven’t received an order status email:

  1. Check your spam or promotions folder.
  2. Ensure your email address is correct on your order form.
  3. Contact your account manager for assistance.
